We have steel frame doors and deadbolts as well as door viewers on every apartment door. Each apartment will come with a fire extinguisher, sprinkler system and several smoke detectors. We will also have a fully equipped alarm system in our clubhouse.

Yes. Our Pet policy is a total fee of $600 broken down into monthly installments. Animal must weigh no more than 35 lbs. Aggressive breeds are not permitted, such breeds including, but not limited to, the following: Akita, Doberman Pincher, Rottweiler, Dalmation, Pit Bull, Chow, Wolf Hybrid, German Shepherd, and Bull Mastiff, as well as any mix of these breeds. Exotic animals are also not permitted.
Yes, you can after the first month you move in. All of our residents are able to login to our resident portal where you will be able to view your account, submit a maintenance request, pay your installment payments and more.
The installment payments price listed is per person, per month and includes water, sewer, trash, cable and internet. You are responsible for paying electric.
You will be responsible for paying one of the two equal installments for installment payments as soon as you receive your student loans. Move in fees, application fees, and first month’s installment payment do not apply for the loan agreement.
Yes. Upon housing contract signing, you will need to speak with the property manager to let them know of your intent. Once you receive confirmation of your loans and scholarships, the property manager will need a copy of applied loans and you will be responsible to sign a separate housing contract addendum of two equal installments.
A guarantor is a co-signer that can pass a financial background check and an eviction history screening. This could be your parents, grandparents – someone close to you that you trust and has financial stability.
No, a guarantor is not required. A guarantor may be required if you are not a student and do not financially qualify on your own.

Yes, as long as management, all residents of the apartment and their guarantors all agree. You will be expected to rent out an entire unit. For example, you cannot rent out only one room of a 2-bedroom unit.
Each applicant will pay a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent, $99 of that deposit will go towards a non-refundable administration processing fee.
